This chic southern fête took place at the beautiful River Course on Kiawah Island overlooking the ocean and surrounding secluded summer homes. The bride wore a sleek wedding dress garnished in feathers with a classic chignon while guests opted for bright and festive low country attire. The weekend long celebration started off with a home rehearsal dinner. Guests enjoyed southern favorites like ham and biscuits, passed hors d’oeuvres or the option to belly up and shuck your own oysters while a live band played soft croons throughout the evening. The wedding day was as laid back as the bride and groom and was a relaxed affair with no formal elements beyond dinner. The couple wanted to dance and dance they did. It was an incredible bash that ended with an on-stage bride and groom cameo followed by an exuberant pom pom send-off into a vintage Rolls-Royce and off into the night.
